This is a machine washable, 8oz waxed canvas from British Millerain. the wax has an initial sticky feeling, that will go away after a bit of use. So will the waxy feeling on your skins.

all sizes are within /- 1/4" of the chart, per industry standard. These have more hip room than our 5 pocket jeans. Check the size chart, but in general buy your normal size.

The Work Trouser is our answer to what a pair of jeans is really missing: good front pockets. This trouser wears like a pair of jeans: it's durable and can take a lot of abuse, but also makes for a comfortable pant all day and is still nice enough to continue wearing into an evening out.
The Work Trouser is roomy in the hip, thigh, and knee with a slight taper to the ankle to avoid excess fabric. This is a high rise pant, meant to sit a little above your natural waist for a full coverage, comfortable fit. This allows for the movement necessary for working without being baggy.

Work Trousers have a looser fit in the same waist size as our denim. They should be slightly snug in the waist at first. They will stretch around 1" in the waist within the first few days of wear. Thighs, calf, and ankle should be roomy, but not baggy. Size up 1 for a looser fit.
Standard inseam length is 36". This fabric will shrink roughly 1" inch in inseam length with the first few washing cycles. Please take this into account when selecting your inseam.
All hemmed jeans are final sale - no returns- no exceptions. Please take care in choosing your size based on our guide above. We are happy to help you determine your perfect pair if you are unsure. We recommend receiving your jeans and them sending them back in to be hemmed.
